Had a meeting with my manager and they alluded that there would be different standards/metrics/changes for us in Sept but not what. Anyone heard anything? For call work

If youre nervous, then quit! Find a new job. Start looking and dont stop looking. Its very simple never stop looking. Job hop often
Not sure but my dept has a new SVP so no telling what is to come, but I’m nervous
