Never did I think I will be part of the WFR. My direct already told me on Friday morning for a mental prep. He said all news will be released on Monday. The cut is deep this round. Some teams are left from 12 to 6 pax. Feelings unreal.

@1nqs+1nWcFFqC I had a du----s leader once send a 1:1 bcc others in team called meeting org update. Then proceeded to tell us we were all safe. He however was let go later same day, w/o knowing he was safe. Sometimes karma is instant.
Very possible entire teams could go, or could be invites to let each member know their leader is being let go.
I’m extremely confused because my entire team got the 1:1 email and invite. Are they doing away with entire teams?
When will the coast be clear?

I feel bad for the sales reps who will be left and expected to double their already heavy workload
I haven't checked my system to find out if I've got that special 1x1 waiting for me.. are most people on here from sales?
I received the “business update” meeting on my calendar for Monday morning with my director. My manager was also hit but so far I’m the only one on my team. Trying to stay positive, what is meant to be will be!

I feel bad for those who do not want to be let go when there are so many of us who would welcome WFR (and the accompanying Severance package).
If Dell were to ask for Volunteers I bet there would be around 30% asking to be put on the list. (I certainly would).
