The corruption is not limited to Greenville. I've witnessed it in Clifton also. This is being directed from Melbourne. Clifton workers are now being threatened with sanctions if they take longer to complete a task than the "suggested" time. Implying that workers will not be paid for work done if it was done too slowly. (ILLEGAL) Quality is being coerced into passing everything that is behind schedule. (FRAUD). The director was fired recently. Several people in leadership positions have been fired or demoted. The writing is on the wall.

I've witnessed Greenville, TX DCMA Quality Assurance actually hand their government stamp over to the L3 personnel to sign-off "stamp" the final DD-250 for sell-off to the government. Greenville DCMA and DCAA are totally corrupt at all levels. Ask yourself: How did the head of the DCAA Longhorn Branch (Greenville Office) leave and is now way up in the L3Harris foodchain? Hint: Look-up the name Scott Riddle. Yes, its the same Riddle who ran the Greenville DCAA office.
The repairs are not being done. Paperwork is routinely fudged. Any employee that raises a question is ostracized. I've seen this first hand. Even on site DCMA inspectors are compromised. A formal in depth investigation is the only thing that will stop this company from doing more damage. the government shouldn't be spending tax payer money on this corrupt company.
Any organization that retains employees with the likes of C. Campbell is bound to fail. She is a virtual human wrecking ball who is allowed to run her area like it were a sixth grade popularity contest. I am Govt. customer who had been made well aware of the programmatic issues this one single person has caused over the years on various (un-named) programs. L3 will continue to sink like the Titanic, the key is to get off -or better yet, not get on board with this ship in the first place. The divisional sell-offs will continue. The outlook for this company is not a good one. The "mean time between failures" on repaired items has significantly shortened = more "repairs" resulting in AOG. Can anyone answer if this is due to the repairs not actually being performed or partially being performed? Returned items are determined as NFF (no fault found) but still do not operate. Can anyone confirm if this is L3's latest and greatest business scheme to prop up profits? Did everyone already forget about B.Billingslea and his direction to not perform TINA sweeps? Yes, we read the DCAA audit reports too.
Bunch of good ol' boys and girls running Greenville like it is still the 1990s. "We used to deliver planes just by pure determination and elbow grease." Well, the actual records show they were delivered late back then too... and the technology has massively changed around you.. The complexity of modern products requires an in-depth understanding of how (not just what, how) the product is made and delivered by all in the chain of command. You can't just sit in Mohagany Row and yell and complain, you have to engage. This ain't the 90's anymore, Jack.
I left in June and got a better job for better pay. That place is a sinking ship and has been for the last couple of years. Its like the Titanic and the bow section is fixing to break off.
L3 Harris acquired aerojet rocketdyne and now has 5,000 new mouths to feed. They will be redirecting their resources to the new 4th division. The other three divisions will see serious cuts. Of course, they will sc--w up in the new division too. Wait until the new employees find out what happens to their benefits. They will be leaving in droves. The vacancies will be filled with unqualified people from outside the industry. The quality and the reliability of the product will fail as it has done across the rest of the company. I was on the inside for almost 20 years. I went through a spin-off from ITT, an acquisition by harris, and a merger with Harris and l3. I left the company 7 months ago and could not be happier. I sympathize with those dedicated employees who are too young to retire.
Hasn't been the same since the big rif in 2018
Got RIFed from Greenville in 2018. Best damn thing that ever happened to me. Horrible company.
