I say Cathy's leaving is a good start. Keep heads rolling at EMT and VP levels.

What happens to all Cathy’s entourage? Cathy hand picked all her friends to lead small cell business..most of the directors and district managers were friends of Cathy..

You know it’s time to go when the C-suite starts jumping ship

Layoffs coming-check
Stocks falling-check
Low morale-check
Closing offices- check

Cathy “ my work here is done, time to hit the old dusty trail.”

Schlanger needs to get investigated by the SEC again. Jay needs to realize he dropped the ball. DS, LN need to resign. They are destroying this Company. They need to take all their friends with them, go back to church and ask for forgiveness.

Of course the woman gets the boot. Never one of the men. CEO and CFO should both be gone

Schlanger is really the one who needs to go. But Cathy was never part of the Texas in-crowd.

You’d think they’d drop the corporate everything is awesome schtick and stop condescending to all of us as this is happening. No one needs a glowing review of how sad you are that she’s leaving when we all know you fired her.

I’m not too familiar with all of the re-orgs and upheaval in towers, but when you have to cut 15%(or more, through attrition) of a division that consistently brought in money, the head at the top should roll. I have nothing against the COO personally, but it’s the right thing to do when a division is cut so drastically. I hope it does not cause further chaos. I feel terrible for those of you who lost your jobs. It was foreseeable to the EMT that tower activity would slow down, and they owe you an apology for handling it they way they did. I hope you find a stable place to land.

The ones that should be quitting aren’t. Good for her! I wouldn’t want to be left with the people that have caused this debacle in the first place.
