Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Not management

Hello there. Just wanted to introduce myself and ask everybody where they are from, what area do you work in, and how long have you been with Mondelez?
Do you feel Mission One is working; and if not, what exactly is it you think we could do better?

No the car is not free, the paperwork you signed to get it states how much is deducted from your paycheck to cover it.

WTF???
The car IS NOT FREE!
I did NOT get more money for this bigger route with more work. Quite the opposite, I cannot get any bonuses, and I'm doing way more work than before.

EFF Mondelez!!!

Reps got their normal annual sh---y raise. Reps also will make alot less in bonuses since ftow wont hit a number which means they will make less than last year. Get your facts straight...

I’m an FTOW….I didn’t mind my job but now it’s gotten ridiculous. ALSO, I just found out that the SRs got at least a $3k bump in pay.

Why didn’t we receive anything? We pretty well have taken on more than anyone else in this change

Hello not management!
Mission one has been a failure from the start and it’s only getting worse. Thanks for getting rid of reps who cared and keeping people who don’t care. You’re cost cutting measures have been an absolute disaster. There’s not a single rep/ employee in my region that is not looking for another job.

If no changes are made in the next 6 months I strongly believe we’ll be at the point where we can no longer service the majority of our accounts. We are extremely close to the point where we will start having multiple accounts refuse orders because we have no one to work them.

Besides that, mission one has been a great success!

Midwest here! 20 years. What this job was, it is no more! Feel sorry for the folks that think it’s good, they have no idea! Zero respect for the workers. They’ve allowed management to run company morale into the ground! It’s alarming to walk into a store and see how the competition has taken advantage! More displays from warehouse companies than Mondelez! Why? Cause stores own the product and they have a vested interest in pushing it.
So many really good jobs out there, can’t for a minute understand why anyone would put up their cr-p? As a former employee, life is much greener on the other side! Wish I jumped ship sooner, the buyout I got wasn’t worth it at all! Better pay, better bonus, and nicer car that is actually FREE!

Literally the lowest paying sales job I have ever had. The bonus structure is not even remotely motivating. A job that's bring in the revenue we do should be well over 6 figures. Not a base salary less then 50k a year. I've had pop merchandisers make more than me with OT. Also the car cost what around 80 dollars a paycheck? Not sure where you get free from.

You should be happy to have a job selling, having a free car, and 5 weeks vacation, and unlimited bonus potential. Sound like you just aren’t interested in earning it.

Do you REALLY think anyone is going to tell you where they're from??
You might not be management, but you could be. Things don't work too well when most of the knowledgeable people are let go. Then, everyone left is expected to work the job of 2 to 3 people. It is physically and mentally draining!! That is the main reason your turnover is so high. The pay, also, is not clearly enough for what is expected of all of us.
I feel I speak for the majority.
