It was some form of game where I worked in Europe. Guess they’re all dead or dying by now.
Intel has reached a point that ki-ls many large organizations.
The people who get promoted and thus, make decisions, are those who are most proficient in the current dysfunctional system. This is an organizational death spiral.

I guess like one of the insiders wrote, Andy Grove said to invest your way out of a recession.
It sounds brilliant but that was back when Intel had a monopoly. Now, they have a commodity product with falling demand.
In such times, you would focus on cutting expenses and improving quality... This situation isn't the same as what Andy had.

Stupid Intel. H1b "yes" people broke Intel and managment su-ks. Focal is a framing tool.
I swear, I literally have done absolutely nothing these past three years. Just coasting and it appears nobody has noticed. So great!

If you aren't in processors, chipsets or IFS you should be polishing up your resume that is for sure.
If you are in a bloated functional support group like legal, finance, accounting and marketing, you should also be polishing up your resume.
If you are a DEI, especially over grade 10 then you have nothing to worry about.
If you are in AXG performance group all got CPM'd last week. Other groups in AXG being targeted coming week.
