CRE and their RTO = first round of layoffs

I hope everyone realizes this is not about RTO it’s about a coverup for layoffs. If they can get a percentage to jump ship by forcing them back to the office it’s a win win. It will be full 5 days at some point! Besides the CRE Gods have spoken and while they sit at home riding their peloton we will be commuting back to the office. Just wait till our first snow and we’re sitting in rush hour. They gotta justify these campus locations somehow. Funny how Fidelity is still on a voluntary return rotation ….. and gets free lunch while in the office.

Definitely meant to trigger attrition prior to end of year. There are headcount reduction goals for almost all departments and very few took the expense reduction ask seriously.
