Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Enablers v. Non Enablers

Unpopular opinion I have to speak up for Wayne, didn't he say the goal with layoffs & restructure is to eliminate all the unnecessary enablers? So we don't have projects with five directors heckling one lead?

The company really needs to get rid of the excessive EMG in the Charlotte office.

The work load has not decreased. If any thing with the layoff of the so called Non enablers, it has increased for those of us left.

When the job market turns, I think a lot of people will leave.

Then why keep 4 of the five directors, and layoff most of the leads? If USAA really wants to save money and eliminate redundant staff, why are they getting rid of all the people who do the actual work, and not touching EMG?
