Yes, to see if they can have posts removed.
No way there’s anyone on WF payroll that has the job of telling Charlie the truth about what his employees think of him. And even if he had a whiff of it, he would do the usual gaslighting.
Too bad ALL employees don’t have the opportunity to do stakeholder open ended response feedback on Charlie, like he wants everyone else to do on us! Oh that’s right, two different sets of rules for everyone else!
I’m sure someone in conduct checks it at least, in case any serious allegations and/or restricted info make their way onto it. I doubt much if any info from it makes it’s way up to senior leadership, unless it’s something serious that turns out to be corroborated. Nobody is making a daily memo for Charlie telling him how many complaints about him there are on this site, rest assured.
