Wow, I didn't believe the headline until I watched. He really is fully committed
Adding to my earlier post about Blackrock (sorry for not proofreading, btw). RTO is a lose/lose for both companies and employees. It's more expensive for both and obviously inconvenient and unpleasant for employees, especially since now many of the cities they have to travel to are much more dangerous. So it's clear that the reasons behind it have nothing to do with common sense or a sound business model. It's clear that it's 100% political.
I knew what it was going to be and I did it anyways. Effort deserves recognition.
Walt is not a stranger to work from home policies, he paved the way in setting them and is now abruptly walking them back. He knows the rules, just like the rest of us. What he needs to do is commit to us fully, unlike any other CEO in the company’s history. He needs to be expressive in explaining his feelings, otherwise we’re not going to understand.
He needs to never give up on us, or completely let us down as he has been. He needs to stay in one single place with his approach, never deserting his position for obscene reasons. The last thing he wants to deal with is company tears, assuring he will have to say goodbye with an early retirement. So he just seriously needs to tell the truth, lest he keep hurting us with these kinds of deflections.
Unbelievable. Lost all respect for this man.
Lmao, after I saw your comment I knewit. I just had to click to confirm.
