Did Hershey do the exact same thing we did? All I ever see them hiring is part timers that are also expected to sell.

So different! Have you ever heard of the Milton Hershey school? Where’re at risk kids go to school for free, education, music, sports! It’s a residential school! All this is paid for by the trust that Milton Hershey set up to ensure these kids get the help they need! The trust is funded by profits from Hershey.
Now, what if anything has Dirk or any member of management done for anyone other than themselves?? Nothing? Exactly!
People are Hershey’s are proud to work there, not at Mondelez!! They suck!
Hershey’s isn’t DSD, they are warehouse! They don’t own their stock, stores do! Their structure looks nothing like Mondelez and their management acts nothing like management at Mondelez!! They treat their employees really well!!!
I’m friends with a DM at Hershey and they said they get so many applications from Mondelez employees!
Hershey always had a far different structure. They don't order, rarely even stock.
