I've come to regret working for this company. They made me leave with a bitter taste in my mouth. Training people to enable them to perform your job... how do you deal with it?

What bribery scandal? What are you referring to?
You mean training TCS? This will be an interesting turn of events given the recent bribery scandal that was leaked by the whistleblower.
Why are you wasting your time commenting here?
Sounds like you are an ex-employee (“made me leave with a bitter taste in my mouth”)… just move on and don’t worry about how people train their replacements.
Thanks for your service!
- Alcohol. Ok, not a good idea.
- Drop a dime later if you know where any bodies are buried.
- Help competent employees leave without violating anything you signed.
I've heard that IBM sales teams hate it when a former IBM-er is on the buyer's team. IBM has terminate many employees and all of them remember it. Same thing could happen here, though not quite as likely due to the business.
I don't know, but making a person train replacements is low.
Did they say they "eliminated your job"? If so, then you shouldn't have to train anyone because there is no job to perform.
