The India comment is not a joke.
As India starts importing more, they will require more work get done there or we bring a certain number of workers from India to the USA to do the work.
We won't have a choice but to accommodate them if we want the business.
All will ultimately be promoted to India.

If you don't believe this statement, then you need to come to aerospace Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The last person that got promoted. Stated they wanted to go upstairs so they wouldn't have to work. Well, they never worked in the first place or even showed up on time for the job. They also most of the time had the worst attendance possible.
