Watching the narrative played out on social media is hilarious. Massive Juneteenth celebration at GHQ! Wow on social media Hertz looks like a diverse organization that cares about its employees and community. Well guess what that is all a fantasy. Juneteenth is not celebrated. Employees are not part of any events at the operations level. There is no diversity in leadership. No opportunities for minorities. Everything you see is scam nothing is true.

IT Head - CIO / CPO filled roles and brought their entire team from old companies. they are all moving in groups, minting $$ and will leave together when the leaders get fired.
they have more contractors than employees, have law suits from the old company but they will run their 3-5 years cycle, exhaust the budget, deliver nothing and then get fired to walk away with comps.
who is holding the spend and budget accountability ? oh- no CFO either ? He walked away to brighter/greener pastures too
This whole company is a scam to customers including pricing and customer service.
Leadership is vested interest - no clear strategy or implementation. Technology and product is filled with VPs from Silicon Valley with half a million salary each - yet to see a basic app delivered let alone any successful implementation .
Professional ethics and compliance is a joke .
The leadership training and pictures are scams too.
