Are there any layoffs on the horizon? I am hearing possibly 1 more reorg within the next 6 months from senior management.

There will always be layoffs. Best you can do is take control of your career and stop believing that you’re at the mercy of an organization. This is your life. Focus on building multiple streams of income and you’ll be fine.
