Massive amounts of E-Time being offered in customer service. They offered part of last week and this week from Monday through Thursday, but why not through Saturday or Sunday? Sounds like cut will be made Friday. Meetings have been added to customer service agents schedule on Friday

Meetings are set for 30 minutes to read and understand your email for each rep. In addition there will be individual 1:1s with rep/sups to make sure you understand and can get any questions answered. Or if you are like my sup- have emotional outbursts together.
I definitely see large cuts being made this Friday. E-Time is a sign the money trying to save money before paying our severance and transition bonuses
