I am really sad to see that I was hired as a remote and now suddenly became hybrid. I am 45 miles far from office. At this point I dk how I’ll commute daily 90 miles 3 days a week. I shouldn’t have trusted them. Horrible exp.

It is bullsh-t. They should at least give you an option of a severance package. I am so pi---d off at the recruiters. They gave us so many bullsh-t promises.
That does suck. I am sorry that your exception was denied. Hopefully something works in your favor there or some place else where you are valued.
