I just read that a survey showed that tech workers are willing to give up on high salaries and take a pay cut amid mass layoffs. I think this is nothing but bullsh-t. It's so easy to fake the results of a survey it's laughable. And they've been hitting us with anti-worker propaganda for months now (RTO is great, it's no longer an employee's job market, and similar stuff) that this is more than obviously just a continuation of that same campaign to take away the little upper hand we had for a few months. Don't fall for it.

Has anyone heard how bad Tell Dell worked out?
A survey bought and paid for by the same sc-mbags who said surveyed employees want to leave their families to return to empty offices for the “culture”. Or paid for those “best place to work” survey results where highest bidder takes the prize.
Hope more people recognize these surveys as propaganda.
Dell are already pulling our pants down and screwing us on salary.
And its only getting worse.
