confirmed Monday is the last day for supplemental employees at Livonia. Also on Monday, targeted GSR’s will be notified. Anyone with 25+ years in service will be gone. LL6’s will be spared, because they are the pillars of the company according to JF (?).
if quote is not met then those with 20+ years are fair game. Some Divisions will cut one or two Chief Eng’s.
Even though director has 25+ years, he is very close to his boss, so he won’t go. But all old GSR’s are expendable. Inverted delta will be promoted to replace a LL4 who should have gone long time ago but his ties to Director and VP helped him to stay.
Mood at Livonia is Whatever, people are resigned to their fate. Young g-ns are looking for opportunities to be promoted.

How can you work for a company that isn’t honest with you? They claim we are all family. Well, you don’t kick your family members out of the house

Sure @enn+1nhWeWa0!
So who is protecting your a$$?
You are just another run-of-the-mill below, average wimping boy employee. As a manager, I would rather have an employee that WFH or one with 20 plus years experience on hybrid or RTO, their choice that works and gets the job done. Not someone like you who feels they need to get paid to stay at home playing video games all day only to give me 1 hour of honest work. Maybe you should go to Florida and get a job picking fruits and vegetables; I heard they need people like you to help keep the economy going.

Funny that Phoebe is quoting some anonymous person from this website in her 'article'. That's some Pulitzer prize worthy journalism right there.

Good job... Ford needs to make real cuts. It's about time. Out with the old, the future looks bright. Go retire and enjoy life! And, it's appropriate every last agency employee is cut before a Ford employee. Maybe the stay at home (I'm offended to go to office) Lulu Lemon crowd get cut next! As a Ford stock holder, I am hoping the leadership continues to streamline Ford Motor Company!

Ford is no longer a good place to work. Farley and his EV wet dream will ki-l the company.

Of course they aren’t providing numbers. And when numbers are provided one would be foolish to believe them. “Liar Liar Fords on Fire” can be applied to most press releases coming out of Ford. Oh there maybe a nugget or two approaching reality in them, but primarily fiction and hype.
