I can't work in this atmosphere anymore.
It is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a manager to be yelling at employees, but here it is almost a daily occurrence……. Mondelez obviously protects such managers, regardless of the fact that their attitude negatively affects employees' productivity?

I got a pocket full of muloolah from the id--ts! Even my lawyer was shocked at what they settled for! I don’t take anyone’s bs! I have way more pride than that! Yep, false wrote ups galore, but I got the last laugh! All the way into retirement!!!! Once you complain, get ready for the fun to begin! Retaliation, bs write ups, harassment! Stay strong!! Document!
It's pretty hard to get fired here, even for the merchandisers and SRs. The only difference for the managers is they know this info. Seriously, stop caving into their BS, nothing will happen to you. I told my DM to hire my replacement if they don't like the way I do things. Guess what, nothing happened and I still worked the same.
Same with me mine I reported mine to mgmt to only come to two false write ups

Multiple allegations against my DM and RMS over a 4 year time frame, including targeting and retaliation. They are both still employed.

It’s mind boggling to me why they protect managers, but they do! My guess is they are protecting their secrets! They got plenty of secrets they need to bury!
Just yell back and tell them to fire you, they can't and they won't. I funny seeing them break down when you treat them the same way they treat you.
