So tired of this. I don’t know timing for certain but do know some of my direct reports will be impacted and there is nothing I can do about it. Sad that the co keeps putting everyone on edge for death by a thousand paper cuts. Hope all who are affected land with a company that appreciates them. There are not too many poor performers left in my area. Good luck to all.
