Another week, another vacation

Is it just me or every time you turn around the SR is on ANOTHER vacation?!? Lol The SR for one territory has already had 4 vacations so far and some how gets the weeks of a Holiday or leading up to one. How? Lol I was always told that you could never take off major Holiday weeks, but I guess rules only apply for some, not all. My best advice is to take this time to minimize orders and actually reduce the stockpile they have made in back stock. We don’t care about these sales numbers or targets. It’s literally an extra hundred bucks for a month of back breaking work.

Side note…if y’all aren’t supposed to be throwing orders and just selling…What exactly are you selling when displays are nonexistent? All this sitting at home or wandering around a store/just staring at a shelf will catch up with you. Lol

They want to use all their vacations and PD before they go warehouse.
Use it or lose it.

I know you are but what am I. lol It's junk food not rocket science. They can teach a monkey to do your jobs. You people should be thankful our fearless leadership came up with the glorious mission 1. Eagerly anticipating mission 2.

Ftow’s just want to look at the shelf, write a quick order then get out of there. Don’t even care to check the displays or make them look decent.

The sales reps do work and do sale stuff problem is a lot of these stores won’t let stuff go up so get told no a lot. And have the time you FTOW don’t order or build it. Or don’t want to build it cause it’s more work. Then don’t rotate from display to shelf on top of that. I see It both ways cause you’re right not much of bonus incentive for you all and when stuff isn’t selling and people can’t hit their numbers no bonus there either. But when a sales rep does get a display it gets taken down a week later cause either wasn’t filled or looks good.

And yes if you have vacation you are gonna take it. And only black out weeks was around Christmas and first or second week of November from what was told.

To be honest; sales reps are completely unnecessary now. They can take a week off and not even be missed

If you get 5 weeks vacation then you're going to use 5 weeks of vacation you id--t
