There is not going to be any recession. If there is, most likely a shallow one.
Take the package if you have been here for a few years. OR just keep working 2 hrs a day.
Don't take the package. We are heading into recession. See if you can push it to 2024.
Take advantage of the CPM benefits package while you can.
People should leave with the package while they can.
They will easily find job in the market within 3 months.
There are no raises and promos. Nothing to look forward to here.
Hopefully they won’t deny them.
A lot of useless gr 10 & 9 have waited for this in IT.
