Without raises and promos, people are looking for their 1st chance to bail.
No incentive to work hard. 2 hrs work and that is all you need to maintain your job.
If Intel wants more commitment they have to bring incentives back and pay people for their last 2 years worth of work.

They will have to offer some incentives to keep people, almost 40% of PE have left my Dept for better paying jobs externally. Just about doubling the work load for us that are still here. (For now)
I am seeing people not working more than 2-3 hours a day. No consequence because there is no raise any way.

You can have 2 bananas in the canteen for your promotion.
Never get a promotion in a bad year. When you get a raise that's reduced because the company is doing poorly, the reduction is cumulative every year until you get a market-based adjustment or leave the company.
