Yeah, I was let go by my +2. LL6 not in mttg. They read from a script to avoid saying the wrong thing. Tell ‘‘em you’re recording just to put them on edge. Good luck to all. Lots of jobs out there.
once you get the word all your accounts will start going dead, instant message, outlook, any access to shared sites or web pages that require login. This all happens quick, less then 30 minutes. You will get email at your home email saying drop your laptop off at fedex and ford pays shipping, same for your phone.

If you think you might be let make a copy of an personal pics or files you might have. After you are told, you are locked out of transferring anything from the computer and email.
If you see being cut there is a high likelihood that your LL6 is being cut too. That's how it worked in August.

Nope comes from LL5 or LL4. In August the had other managers fill in so some people got fited by complete strangers!
Also, regarding computers - we had 30 days to return them after signing off on the paperwork. They pretty much brick it so just take it up to Kinkos and drop it off. Its pretty much worthless after your meeting.
Notifications will come from LL5 or above. LL6 has been kept out of the loop on this, although they likely had some input at one point.
