Regarding Jim Cramer and Ford, the primary value of the programs and material on CNBC and Bloomberg, is to analyze why something happened after it happened. The market predictions and corporate "analysis" is for the most part fluff, cheerleading and entertainment.
OP - you wrote 3 sentences. Let's evaluate each one separately.
#1 - JF and FB DO NOT know what they are doing. Hard to argue with that one. I think most people will give you a perfect score. Well, except Jim Cramer - he is a big fan of JF. It is just amazing how some people can be so wealthy, have big TV shows on CNBC and then be so simple.
#2 - FoMoCo will not be trusted anymore! Every word was good until you wrote "anymore". That implies that they used to be good. Well, let me tell you pal, they haven't been good since the 1980's. Ask any of the 1000's of people who lost their jobs at suppliers because of the actions of Ford. Ask the 1000's of previous Ford employees who in CY 2000 (were turned into Visteon overnight) while Ford created a failing spinoff and dumped every piece of garbage the company had into Visteon and told them to deal with it. Ford turned on it own people after the "Great Recession" (medias words not mine - I lived thru the recession in 1980 - no comparison to 2008/09). After 2008, there just weren't anymore outside suppliers to do major cost cutting on. So, they turned on their own. And most Ford employees never cared as long as they were the ones that weren't being affected. As long as it was supplier employees or other Ford employees after 2008, they kept singing the Ford praise. Your sentence indicates that if you survive these cuts, you will keep singing the Ford praise (until the next level of cuts)
#3 - Tesla will take over the company soon! What a d-mb thing to write. Like Elon Musk would think owning a 100 plus year old automotive company with outdated legacy issues would be a good idea. Ford will be owned by the federal government first. They won't let the 1000's of union employees stop getting their paychecks. It would interupt their own cash flow coming into their political party. You on the other hand (assuming you are salary and I am) - don't provide a "huge" cash flow coming into their party. You are dispensable to them. Why do you think GM got their bailout. And guess what - none of the GM salary employees cared either - as long as they kept their paychecks!
