This re-org is dragging out like everything else. It's obvious there are about three levels of managers too many. Just be done with it already.

The reogs never stop in TOS. It's a dumpster fire.
TOS is loaded with so much dead weight. Level after level of uselessness. Management believes every issue has a spreadsheet solution. Way past time to clean house.
TOS has so many levels because no one in TOS management wants to actually work. So much dead wood in TOS. Lots of long-term employees that have never contributed anything to any project, product, or conversation. Official meeting goers.
Dilip can’t do a strategic org change to save his job. His lackey is just as bad. They are too lazy to top grade the talent. If HR and managers were worth a darn they would stop protecting their incompetent buddies and realize how many brain dead managers they are carrying. The silos are a mess and there is no consistency in anything, controls, risk, hiring, etc. M&A is a joke of an organization and should be handled by the LOB’s . Heck we still are dealing with fallout from the TOS led conversions. Customer data is everywhere.
