The Art of Selling…from your couch

Look, it’s about time these SRs start actually working instead of “selling”. I’m on calls all the time hearing that they are getting not just 40 hours but OVERTIME…lol No displays anywhere to be found and I’ve literally seen a SR bring in a hutch from their car to take random pictures so they can make sure to have 100% on DMI. Stores don’t even know them and don’t even have numbers to call (SR has been in this territory for 8 years) It’s literally a game of Guess Who. Was it the person in the green jacket with the big nose wearing the red cap? No? Is his name Bob? No. Also, it’s hard to “merchandise” when someone that was scheduled to write an order didn’t even go to the store to see what they needed but instead let the computer generate one for them lol y’all ain’t slick when not wanting to write any credits either because you’re so worried about your precious evaluations…it’s okay we will write them up for you and minus the 300 bucks from your $1200 order.

You don't get paid twice as much and work half as hard as the merchandisers. Was an a merch, SA, and SR before.

The only thing that qualifies one to work for GS, is a lack of a spine! The whole organization is a joke! Once you get out, you’ll see!!

Hey man... what can we as SRs say.. at this point we get paid 2x as much as you and work 1/2 as much.. we didn't make these changes, we're just going with them. Keep on doing as your pseudonym implies .

The only qualification needed to be a Mondelez Merchandiser is a pulse.

The only thing that people need to know is the art of not caring!!

What you describe happens in some areas but I know it doesnt happen in the area I am in. I will tell you that alot of the Order-writing merchandisers in this arra need to learn “The ART of Rotating stock and of Maintaining Displays”.

The secret sauce to keeping management off your a-s was to order
Pallets of backstock and hit that number.
Now that doesn’t even work if you don’t have your precious DMI pictures.
Anybody with half a brain would be gone by now. This ship was the titanic. Anybody left is a gawker at this point

Sounds like they are describing all the SR’s in our area, and I’m a former SR. Left a long time ago but visit this site to see if things ever changed….nope! Not a bit! Management at Mondelez is the worst in the industry! The absolute worst! That’s why all this BS goes on! Why, cause as long as you can hit a number, they don’t care! You can order pallets of product that you don’t need, from the comfort of your house, and if you hit your objective, bingo! Even if you don’t hit, maybe you are helping your DM hit his so, bingo!
Shady shady shady! Don’t take it personally! The key is this…stop caring! And I mean it! You won’t get brownie points or a promotion for caring! The only way to get promoted is to snuggle up next to GS. No thanks! Narcissist! 🤢 The people he hires and moves through, 🤢.
You’ll never be able to fix things, way above your pay grade! Just stop caring, let it be someone else’s problem! Move on!

Not sure who you are talking about, or attempting to describe. No one in our area operates how you are describing. You sound like a complete, shady, butthurt, backstabbing merchandiser. Jealous much?
