Are they planning to lay us off with the new account size tiering? Pool is? Some of each? I can’t imagine they’re going to honestly keep us at current staffing levels to focus more on A customers.

Cisco SA is the bi---h that fixes broken system. Everyone else at Cisco who can say “that’s not my job” SA has to do it. So many of those somethings that SA now has to do. Broken TAC, broken systems, licensing and others. And AM get all glory for the win. And SA 1/3 of the pay.

SAs are nothing more than glorified admins for AMs. The SA job has become the worse job in sales. SAs are under paid and with pooling coming in FY24, they will be taking a pay cut. The competition pays 30% more at a minimum.
