4shu+1nln7ckw totally agree, also based in Cherrywood and the majority of the Team leaders is overpaid and underperforming. Lvl1s are offered a carrot on a stick to do the work QLs or TLs should be doing.
This is actually big problem in Dell. People work hard for years with zero ability to be promoted, and then if some position open, su-king up and mgmt politics decide who gets the role, not the ability of the individual that applied.
