Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Spread the word

Let's be real. We are all afraid of Schwab retaliating against us for voicing anything other than unbridled joy for this RTO policy. Nobody has the ba--s to create a channel on the internal comms to discuss our shared grievances. It's going to be pretty hard to get a discord or something else going. This site has its downsides, but people are interacting with it and EC even eluded to it. They're watching. This forum seems to be the only thing reaching EC's eyes from actual employees. How's that for Schwab "culture" of openness and transparency? With that in mind, don't be an id--t and share it internally, but if you think this site is useful tell your co-workers. The more eyes on this, the more we can try to get some fair policy that actually respects employees lives. Or we just give up and find new jobs, but let's try and make it work in the meantime.

Yes we need more nameless neckbeards spending hours crying into text boxes on this site. It's doing so much good! Surely the company will reverse this policy because of all this jabbering and whining. I have looked into my crystal ball and it says "MAYBE" so 100% sure we got this. Let's all stand outside the office and raise two fingers and whistle! I saw it in a movie and it saved a girls life. That's the plan. Don't know how to whistle? Look it up on youtube.

"We are all afraid..."
See, there's your problem. Succumbing to fear.
Didn't you learn anything from the un-jabbed?
