Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

How to cause mass chaos and confusion in your company.

Passing this along...

By John Stankey. First, make a big announcement about Returning to the Office where people who have worked from home will be forced back into the office. This will cause some tension, but it’s just the beginning. Next, you simultaneously announce a layoff. So while people are annoyed at having to make big changes in their lives, it could be worse, they could not have a job at all. This will confuse most, but the last and final step will bring chaos and confusion as promised.

Now that everyone is juggling returning to the office, the possibility of being impacted by a layoff, you give them the final blow. Release the news that their roles are moving to Dallas or Atlanta and they may or may not even be able to follow the work!

Bwahahaha!!!!! Mass confusion and chaos. A trifecta of mental fu-kery! You too can destroy your company if you follow these three easy to follow steps.

Charley is a follower, not a leader.

Part of Charlie's problem is his inability to even consider options that are abnormal relative to the herd. They've formally rolled out the "this is what everyone else is doing!" justification multiple times. It's not a reason to do anything, it's just an excuse and laziness. In any case, what other unions are doing has no bearing on what ours could do.

I do not know even one teacher, or any union worker for that matter, who thinks their pension is a waste of money.

Wells Fargo’s 401K is a joke: Target Funds are high-fee ripoffs, proprietary self-dealing, forcing employees to overpay for company stock, ERISA violations.

Wells Fargo tries to stick it up your a$$ in ways you can’t even possibly imagine.

@ogq $300k a year for a union boss is a lot cheaper than $24M a year for a CEO who creates more problems than they solve.

Ask a teacher what they got out of being in the union. Most I know say it’s an absolute waste of $. I don’t know why it would be any different here.

“Union leaders would be unpaid, volunteer only”

That’s not how the unions that I know work. Their salaries are funded by dues.

Google: Does the president of a union get paid?
Answer:
While ZipRecruiter is seeing annual salaries as high as $332,500 and as low as $24,500, the majority of Union President salaries currently range between $97,500 (25th percentile) to $254,000 (75th percentile) with top earners (90th percentile) making $300,000 annually across the United States.

IMO, the employees of this company should form a union. A union with a single purpose: saving the company from it's own failed executives by ending RTO, selling most of our useless and expensive buildings, and maximizing efficiency. Union leaders would be unpaid, volunteer only, and WFH would be the only objective. Everything else is nonsense and divisive. WFH is the thing we all agree on, except CS and a few cucks.
