Every day Ford leadership keeps proving how little it cares about employees. I hope everybody who is considering joining finds this forum before they decide to accept the offer. They need to see how employees are treated before they decide to trust this leadership with their livelihoods.

The “agreement” includes that they can lay me off at any moment with no notice and a sh---y severance package which is worse than what it was when I signed on. It includes that they can make me work overtime with no payment and no comp. It includes that when they lay off my coworkers, they can make me take on more and more work than what I agreed to with no raise. That’s a pretty awful agreement if you ask me.
People have grounds to complain. Quit defending billionaires, you’re closer to homelessness than you are to earning Bill Ford’s annual income.
Remember folks you agreed and agree to work for ford everyday when you show up to work and cash your check at the end of the pay period. If you don’t like it leave on your own…just like I did. They can say whatever they want to you to convince you to take/keep your job but in the end it’s an agreement between you and the company.
Do NOT ever call Ford, "Family". They are not.
Ford always bragged about treating employees like a family but they do not hesitate to butcher them when they want to.

No. Always depend on yourself.
BUT, you have to earn a living. The question is, which employer will you choose? Which employer is going to pay you the best for how you are treated? Go with that one.
