All the outstanding hi pos have entered the Thunderdome. With few real projects and only 1 year to introducing NSI to annual rankings your favorite smug brown nosers will have their tail between their legs after dropping like a rock. No where to hide! Don’t trust anyone saying the rank pools are protected in LCS, it’s not true this year.

LCS = Lack Core Skills.
LCS is almost 3 years old, and it’s been getting reduced each year. Many people dropped multiple buckets this year. Next year projected to be worse.
Thought LCS were protected for 3years in the Performance Assessment sessions?
