What about people that Need Significant Improvement but get ranked near the top because they are sponsored.
Sponsored mo--ns need to be dropped if found to be completely arrogant, taking credit for work of others, or hiding major issues from senior management/blaming their mistakes on others.
An independent audit of the top ranked at EM would indicate the qualities listed above were common and must be highly valued at EM.
All highly ranked persons are skilled at dodging, blaming, hiding, and kissing upward.
The executives that the system produces are masters of these.
The cycle needs to stop.
Start placing value on taking responsibility, treating others with respect, helping others succeed, and giving others credit they deserve.
“Leave if you get put on PIP.”
You people just now figured this out?
GOTO/BTCSUCKS!!!!!
If you read the article it talks about people who perform poorly for one reason or another. It doesn’t really contemplate the forced ranking and those PIPs which are complete bs
The majority of people who were put in NI or NSI categories in 2020 and 2021 do not belong in these categories. The people who should be put on PIP were the managers and supervisors. As the result of their actions, the company is over run by HiPos and brown nosers who have no skills whatsoever. All being supported by a few worker bees. Top heavy and ineffective organization. What a miserable place to work.
