Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Our teamates and the people we have build relationships to keep the wheels for running arent even told that ypu have been surplused or our politely shown the door thrpugh RTO arent even told. You just show up one morning and your contact is gone. Shame on leadership and how you are executing this cr-p. Your people that have kept the hamster wheel rolling, built what we are today. Exceeded expectations year over year. We get times have changed. But to wake up one morning because our CE0 has a hot poker stuck up his ar-e and pull the RTO bs to designated hub locations and they its BAS until further notice. You keep them hanging for weeks. Then lets throw some surplus cr-p in there. Your boss does not even have the nuggets to inform ypur entire team that one of their mates have been surplused. How flippin ignorant. Just poof one day they are gone. Please let us bid our valued teamates and our contacts farewell. We have worked with them for years and have grown working bonds with many. At least give us the opportunity to let them know their partnership was appreciated valued and they will be missed. Personally my boss has failed miserably as they read there script.
