I for one am sick and tired of writing my own insights for my infosec director this has never made sense to me.

My manager writes them all and it is amazing how much he knows for each quarter, items that i had forgotten he includes, i guess i should count myself lucky
I don’t think that I have had a manager write my review since they stopped using 360 feedback from peers. All my managers have had me write the first draft that they might make minor changes. Do yourself a favor and write amazing reviews. Once they are recorded in the system they can’t be undone. It makes it hard for managers to say you are a marginal employee when they are looking for people to fire to meet their quotas in the future.
I hope you at least write some amazing sh-t
I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to work like that. I guess he’s too important and busy to do this basic management task?
