The amount of work that is being done wrong in India is wild. And the goals established for this year in moving more and more work there regardless of how bad they are epically failing at the current work. It’s a sh-t storm. Clients should be fearful and pull out asap.

The company announced to senior management recently that - shocker - women and minorities are not represented across the company and the women are horribly underpaid. So instead of reaching into pockets to fix this, the solution is to move work to India where - shocker #2 - people are horribly underpaid and treatment of women is questionable at best. Bravo SS&C. Clients - run like Forest Gump and don’t look back. Zero morals here.

Ooh private cloud, my fav platform. What a p.o.s. For sure. Wonder how that 1.5B for blue prism is going? Remember the bots are going to do the work of the folks in India, so you move the work to India then to the boat factory… a dream- probably a nightmare with the reality that blue prism cannot do it… fantasy.

In reply to (Rekker) - some senior staff members left last week who between them had done at least 60 years service just wanlking out the door (3 in total) - its affecting Hubwise too had Doug Boyce leave the company alledgey due to unreasonable demands made on him from US.
The offshoring is done in a lift and shift mannor with the expectation that the Indian teams will pick-up exactly where the UK teams had been performing - this is not the reality, however with lots of tu-d-polishing, middle management are clearly pulling gold nuggets out of their (bleep). This sh-t storm is going to be the undoing of this once half-decent company. Dont get me started on the pile of dog sh-t that is private cloud :-(
