I don't want to stay here for a long time but want to stretch out my time so I can keep collecting paychecks with the least amount of work until I can find another job.
What should I be doing to not be targetted? Making up alot of work and documenting it?
All those posts to social media, all those “likes”… they scarfed up all that stuff, put it into a database and made profiles of everyone they could. They say it’s for selling advertising. But they sold that information to anyone who would pay for it.
That social media profile may be the “requisites” used by Ford.
Performance management? Ha! Some really hard worker employees got the boot, while some deadwoods are still around. It pi---d me off. We know having a pension paints a target on your back, but we don't know what are the other "requisites" to get the pink slip, other than work at Ford, of course.
