Do they even pretend to care what we think anymore?

The Gallup poll is out. The pulse poll is in. They don’t care.
Who cares?
They send them out randomly. They are useless though. Senior leadership is tone deaf. Charlie actually said out loud in a recent town hall that senior leaders don’t understand why people are refusing RTO. He’s either stupid, tone deaf, doesn't care or all of the above.
I can’t believe you people waste your time on these meaningless surveys.
What if I have a best friend at work? If we don't get the opportunity to check that box, how will LinkedIn ever know that WF is a great place to work?
What is the point of doing a quarterly survey and an annual one in q3? I know some people got a quarterly survey but others in the same group who haven’t.
Waste of time. No one in senior management cares what you think
I feel like they always pretended going back 15 years. They just used to try to fake it more or better than the new leadership.
they do quarterly pulse surveys to a sample of employees each quarter.
The full annual survey comes in Q3.
Ahhh yes, employee surveys, where they punish US for telling the truth about THEIR failures. Those things are great. My manager is great, but in the questions about the company as a whole I'm tanking those ratings and putting FRTO in the post survey comments field.
