Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Hybrid Postings!!

They really need to stop being so damn misleading in the hiring process. They lied to so many of us with bait and switch. Now, they are posting roles as hybrid. I am sorry but 4 days in the office is not a hybrid role.

I have read online about studies that document a linear correlation between small hands and support for RTO.

Pretty sure UDAAP doesn't apply. Starting from the principle of at will employment they are free to change the terms and conditions of our employment.

It's forced RTO. The only thing hybrid about it are the lies the execs spew to justify micromanagement.

If UDAAP is a law/reg that we follow as a financial institution for our members, what’s the version of that written for HR standards for our employees? I wonder if there’s any kind of guidance regarding an expectation that UDAAP be a part of our organizational culture as a whole, cuz uh…. seems we only follow when required. <_<
