I think I got caught up in this.
For years my managers have ignored all the science, the physics, the books, papers and “good design practices” that I brought them to prevent problems.
Now I think it is catching up to them. So they pick out people they can blame the problems on, fire them and tell THEIR managers “I got rid of the guy causing all our problems and I’ll get someone who CAN do the job!”
I hope the upper management can see through this farce and get rid of the REAL problems. It’s not the grunt engineers.
But they won’t. Ford is doomed.
