I accepted a position at Q2 a few days before I heard about recent layoffs and now I'm concerned the job may not have any measurable longevity or I may be walking into a minefield of morale problems. How's everyone feeling there right now? Should I be concerned?

If moving jobs from US to NON US location that just offshoring. Labor arbitrage pure and simple.
First, let me say this is educated speculation.
I believe that some of the layoffs are the result of moving jobs from the US to India.
How often does Q2 have layoffs?
What type of roles do they offshore?
What are the root causes of the layoffs?
Was laid off after being there less than 1 year. Keep your options open.
As a former employee who was laid off, I'd suggest looking for other employment sooner rather than later. More cuts will come.
Q2 is a great company. Like any company and role, you just never know about the longevity. I wish you blues skies and green lights!
