Recall

Critical failure hold on half of the production inventory at a plant in the safety division. Shows how incompetent the management and training bleeds down to production. Experienced employees have moved on. This is going to be a huge money hit. Big yikes lol!

Fall protection plant sent out thousands of harnesses that weren't sewed together. Imagine falling to your death from a product that's supposed to prevent that. A customer caught the defect. Inspection had to be done on all inventory. No accountability ensued. Incompetent workers, training, and hr/management.

Anyone have more detail on this? I'm in PSD and haven't heard about it. Half of the entire plant's inventory? That can't be lol. What product(s)/line(s)?

As one that whose position was recently ruthlessly eliminated, is it wrong that I take great joy seeing this once great company slowly crash and burn?
