There were 200+ employees before the February lay off, that was 45 people.

VVS is closing all of its offices/facilities in Florida and Alabama per an all hands held Tuesday. From what I was told, only 13 are being retained, everybody else is laid off.

TFS didn't file any WARN notices in FL (https://reactwarn.floridajobs.org/WarnList/Records?year=2023) - how many people work there?

This is surprising. I work in Progress Park as well and thought Thermo Fisher was looking to expand, instead. I was even considering applying to an R&D opening I saw recently. Do you have any more info?
