Should we be thinking about this. I'm done losing my hours my benefits and I predict overtime will be next.

Remember how they did layoffs in IT after IT got the company network back up? They'll blame unions for it, but unions won't be the reason.
No you don’t, but if you want to expedite the process, go Union when the company is struggling like CS is.
They don't need a union as an excuse to do that, they've been doing it.
Only a fool thinks being Union will get you what UPS drivers are getting when UPS actually makes money. You’re not gonna get blood out of a turnip. All you’re going to get is paying dues, working and earning less, and run the risk of losing everything bc, honestly if was running the show and that happen…. I shut the plant down and go to another mfg to make it as a contract mfg while I relocate the equipment to India.
Maybe unionized we can get paid like those ups workers
To be honest, go and find new job before leaving CS. This company has heavy load of debt and low-no income. It is a dying company with their old products and bad culture etc, it is close to bankruptcy. Even if unionized, it will be a catalyst to make it die sooner.
Why not leave? Plenty of companies out there.
This was tried about 25 years ago and flopped.
