#opentowork new counts in linkedin for dell US at ~30 people

I didn't post on LinkedIn. I did get a new job already. Glad to leave Dell behind.
There has been a lot let go in my direct team and none of them look at or add to Linked In. Nor will they go suddenly networking on it. Linked in is to the job market what Mothballs are to Swimming Pools.
There were 12 let go in the specialty group that I am in, not a one of them has posted to LinkedIn. I do not think LinkedIn is the gauge by which the WFR needs to be measured.
I was notified and have not added “open for work” to my profile. I prefer to be a little more dignified.
Not everyone will immediately add the “open to work” tag to their profile
