I was shorted $2000 on my severance payment. Anyone else struggling with being able to contact Ford with questions? Has anyone else experienced a delinquent payment?

I was shorted the two days of weekend OT pay for a trip for which I volunteered. I guess stealing is ok now.
You should be able to contact Alight via the MFB site. Maybe JF needed some extra cash for snacks on his F150 Lightning summer road trip.
