Does anyone have any information (or theories) on what Dell Digital can expect re: consolidation and layoffs? Are any groups more at risk than others or do we think cost-saving cuts will be made across the board at random?

What is ahead is the push for all online order flows and automated functionalities. The point of much of the automation is to reduce the hours of bandwidth needed to operate and increase accuracy. If your job is to action clicks triggered by an email from a queue you had better start figuring out what other value you can offer. This is the truth as plain as one can offer it. Best of luck to all.
Dell Digital is a waste of an organization. Close minded and absolutely useless. The leaders of that organization still think that Dell Digital is writing software for the company. What about the $22B ISG revenue that’s coming in. All writing software.
With the move to automate just about everything and move applications into CF they are not going to need as many code monkey's, not derogatory but fact. Once they achieve the automation they will start dropping coders and PM in the "Digital" space. As far as the service organization it will obviously be reduced with the move to AI customer service bots. Those jobs can go by the way side too.
What’s ahead is more cronyism!! Enjoy.
