Will there be more cuts in September ? WT* , for how long this insanity, fear, anxiety will go? Dell has become circus lately.

Dell has been a circus for quite some time but more like a ferris wheel from he-l. Long term outlook is very bleak especially from a talent perspective. If they think channel ran sales will keep the SS Dell afloat, they are sadly mistaken. Also they are hiring sales graduates at breakneck speed, cheap labor. Combine junior unexperienced reps with channel= flaming dumpster fire. If you were laid off, you were spared.
The perpetual layoffs is not a dell exclusive, it’s a prevalent throughout corporate and tech. The best thing you can do is remember we all only have a limited control of our employment, keep your resume up to date, and regularly apply to new roles.
If you want to stay with Dell I think what they like is employee scalability. What that means is, do you have the potential to take on more projects, or larger projects that have greater impact on clients or internally.
I've learned 1 thing so far at Dell ( been here only 1,5 years, and already seen 2 layoff rounds) It is perpetual anxiety, the moment something better comes along I'm out of here, this is not good for my health!
